What You’ll Do

As part of the Energy Assessment Module team, you will:

  • Conduct detailed energy audits and assessments to understand client energy consumption patterns, operational loads, and efficiency gaps

  • Analyze site-specific conditions, including geographical factors, climate data, and building/operational characteristics, to determine optimal solar system sizes and configurations

  • Use energy modeling software and simulation tools (such as RETScreen, HOMER, and PVsyst) to design energy-efficient solar solutions

  • Evaluate the impact of renewable integration on clients’ existing infrastructure and recommend strategies for hybrid systems, including energy storage and backup options

  • Provide energy-saving opportunities by analyzing existing equipment (HVAC, lighting, motors) and recommending efficiency improvements or retrofitting with solar-powered alternatives

  • Assess the financial and environmental impact of energy savings, including payback period, ROI, and reduction in carbon emissions

  • Prepare energy assessment reports and feasibility studies that include technical solutions, energy efficiency measures, cost analysis, and potential savings

  • Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure the proposed systems align with design requirements and client expectations

  • Monitor energy consumption after system implementation, offering post-installation analysis for optimization and maintenance

  • Support clients in achieving regulatory compliance, energy management certifications (ISO 50001), and eligibility for energy incentives or rebates

  • Provide ongoing consulting to clients on energy performance improvements and future energy optimization initiatives


Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

  • Qualified in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, or related technical fields

  • Experienced in conducting energy assessments, energy audits, and designing renewable energy solutions

  • Proficient in energy modeling, simulation software (e.g., RETScreen, HOMER, PVsyst), and energy management tools

  • Knowledgeable about energy efficiency standards, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability certifications

  • Strong in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to present complex energy data in a clear and actionable format

  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on optimizing energy use, improving efficiency, and reducing costs for clients

  • Capable of working collaboratively with clients, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to provide tailored energy solutions
