What You’ll Do

As part of the C&I team, you will:

• Engage with commercial and industrial clients to assess energy consumption, operational needs, and site feasibility for solar adoption

• Design customized PV systems—rooftop, ground-mount, or hybrid—aligned with business objectives, load profiles, and financial goals

• Develop techno-commercial proposals including ROI models, net savings forecasts, and regulatory benefit analyses

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless execution from design to commissioning

• Support clients in evaluating capex, opex, and RESCO (PPA) models based on their financial strategy

• Ensure compliance with DISCOM policies, state solar regulations, and power quality standards

• Monitor system performance and offer post-installation analytics for energy optimization and maintenance planning

• Build long-term relationships with clients through advisory support and energy transition roadmaps

Who Should Apply
