What You’ll Do

As part of the Compliance Management Module, you will:

• Identify and map applicable statutory, regulatory, environmental, and safety compliances for each project (state, central, and local)

• Facilitate timely approvals—land use, CEIG, DISCOM interconnection, pollution control, labor licenses, etc.

• Monitor ongoing project compliance with solar-specific regulations, industry norms, and EPC contractual clauses

• Maintain a centralized compliance tracker with alerts for renewals, inspections, and reporting deadlines

• Coordinate with legal, engineering, and execution teams to embed compliance requirements in design and documentation

• Ensure adherence to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) parameters where applicable

• Prepare compliance documentation and reports for audits, client reviews, and internal governance

• Support digital compliance recordkeeping and integration with project management tools

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Law, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Compliance Management

• Experienced in regulatory frameworks for solar, infrastructure, or industrial projects

• Familiar with CEIG, DISCOM, pollution control board, factory act, labor law, and safety compliance procedures

• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills

• Proficient in using compliance software, MS Excel, and documentation platforms

• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects with jurisdictional diversity
