What You’ll Do

As part of the DC Engineering team, you will:

• Design DC system architecture, including module layout, string configurations, and interconnection schemes

• Calculate string sizing, voltage/current matching, and loss minimization for optimal performance

• Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, and DC cabling plans using AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope

• Analyze irradiance data, tilt and azimuth angles, and shading patterns to optimize energy yield

• Evaluate module selection, orientation, and mounting strategies for site-specific conditions

• Coordinate with site survey, civil, and structural teams to align designs with topography and structural capacity

• Ensure designs comply with IEC/IS standards, grid codes, and internal QA/QC protocols

• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning stages

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for engineers who are:

• Qualified in Electrical / Renewable / Energy Engineering

• Experienced in designing utility-scale or C&I solar PV systems

• Proficient in PV design tools (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope) and electrical simulation platforms

• Knowledgeable about module technologies, shading analysis, and DC cable design

• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and capable of integrating field inputs into optimized designs

• Comfortable collaborating across disciplines—from procurement to project execution
