What You’ll Do

As part of the Detail Engineering team, you’ll:

• Finalize technical designs, ensuring alignment with project goals, client specifications, and industry standards

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including structural and electrical schematics, interconnection diagrams, and system layouts

• Optimize solar PV designs based on site conditions, energy requirements, and grid integration constraints

• Review and approve material specifications, procurement lists, and technical data sheets for project execution

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective

• Conduct rigorous technical reviews and simulations to ensure maximum system performance and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with local/national regulations, safety standards, and grid codes during design and implementation

• Support site engineers and technicians during the commissioning phase, troubleshooting design-related issues if they arise

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for engineers who are:

• Qualified in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

• Experienced in solar PV design, system engineering, or detailed design execution

• Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and other solar design tools

• Experienced in structural and electrical design, including grid integration and safety systems

• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of engineering principles and a commitment to quality

• Effective communicators who can collaborate across departments and convey complex technical information

• Proactive, with the ability to identify and address design challenges early in the process
