What You’ll Do

As part of the EPC Bid Management team, you will:

• Coordinate end-to-end bid processes for EPC solar projects, from RFP analysis to final submission

• Develop comprehensive bid plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers ensuring timely and high-quality responses

• Work closely with Pre-Bid Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project Execution teams to consolidate inputs into a cohesive, winning proposal

• Analyze RFP documents, identify risks and requirements, and ensure full compliance with client and regulatory expectations

• Prepare bid documents including project execution methodology, technical narratives, commercial assumptions, and risk registers

• Support pricing strategies, cash flow projections, and bid costing models in collaboration with the commercial team

• Liaise with clients and consultants during clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and negotiation stages

• Maintain a knowledge base of lessons learned, vendor benchmarks, and industry best practices to continually improve bid quality

Who Should Apply

• Experienced in bid management or proposals for solar/EPC/infrastructure projects

• Familiar with solar EPC workflows, RFP processes, and bid-stage risk assessment

• Skilled in project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and comfortable working with tools like MS Project or Primavera

• Strategic thinkers with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for clean energy
