Ground Mount Solutions at AVYESH SOLAR
At AVYESH SOLAR, our Ground Mount team delivers the backbone of utility-scale and large C&I solar installations. From site feasibility to system layout, foundation engineering to structural integration, we specialize in translating vast open lands into high-performance solar energy assets.
If you’re passionate about precision engineering, working on expansive terrains, and building projects that make a long-term impact, this is where you belong.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Ground Mount team, you will:
Assess land suitability, including soil conditions, topography, drainage, and environmental factors for ground-mounted solar systems
Plan and design support structures, mounting arrangements, and module layouts based on site constraints and energy yield optimization
Work with geotechnical inputs to recommend appropriate foundation types (pile-driven, ballasted, or screw-type)
Coordinate with civil and structural teams for grading, trenching, cable routing, and stormwater management
Use tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and STAAD.Pro to develop structural layouts and energy models
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and utility regulations
Evaluate site access, transportation logistics, and construction feasibility for large-format modules and mounting systems
Interface with vendors and procurement teams for ground-mount structures, tracking systems, and installation equipment
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for professionals who are:
Qualified in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering
Experienced in ground-mounted solar PV projects—design, construction, or site planning
Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and structural analysis tools (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000)
Knowledgeable about geotechnical assessments, pile design, and tracker systems
Capable of interpreting site survey data and integrating it into system layouts
Strong in coordination, with attention to constructability, cost-efficiency, and durability
Why Ground Mount at AVYESH SOLAR?
