What You’ll Do

As part of the Inverter Contracting team, you will:

• Develop inverter procurement strategies that align with system design specifications, client needs, and project timelines

• Evaluate and select inverters based on key criteria such as efficiency, compatibility with module types, grid integration, and scalability

• Finalize contracts with inverter suppliers, ensuring clear terms around product specifications, delivery schedules, warranties, and performance guarantees

• Work with engineering teams to ensure that inverters are compatible with other system components such as modules, transformers, and protection devices

• Negotiate pricing, monitor market trends, and secure favorable terms on product quality, availability, and warranty conditions

• Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., IEC, UL, BIS) and utility regulations for grid compliance, protection, and power quality

• Oversee factory acceptance tests, pre-dispatch inspections, and quality control to confirm that inverters meet specifications

• Coordinate logistics and manage vendor relations for timely delivery, inventory tracking, and technical support during commissioning and post-installation
