By providing independent technical due diligence, progress validation, and risk assessments, we protect stakeholder interests and foster trust throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Lender Engineering team, you will:

• Conduct independent technical due diligence (TDD) for solar projects across development, construction, and operational stages

• Evaluate design adequacy, technology selection, site suitability, and regulatory compliance

• Review contracts, permits, PPA terms, and grid connectivity for alignment with project viability

• Assess energy yield estimates, performance models, and loss assumptions for accuracy and realism

• Monitor construction progress, budget adherence, and milestone achievements for loan disbursement validation

• Identify technical risks, mitigation strategies, and contingencies relevant to project financing

• Deliver comprehensive Lender’s Technical Advisory Reports, including red flag analysis and bankability scoring

• Collaborate with developers, investors, EPCs, and legal teams to ensure transparent, informed decision-making

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) with strong knowledge of solar technology and infrastructure finance

• Experienced in lender or owner engineering, project finance, or technical due diligence for renewable energy

• Skilled in interpreting PPAs, financial models, BOQs, schedules, and EPC/O&M contracts

• Familiar with international best practices, quality standards (IEC, IS), and financial risk frameworks

• Analytical, impartial, and able to communicate complex insights to both technical and financial stakeholders
