What You’ll Do

As part of the Module Contracting team, you will:

• Develop module procurement strategies aligned with project needs, timelines, and client expectations

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard Tier-1 module manufacturers based on technical performance, financial health, and delivery track record

• Finalize contracts with clear terms on module wattage, technology (Mono PERC, Bifacial, TOPCon, etc.), degradation warranties, and IEC/BIS certifications

• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to ensure module compatibility with site designs and system voltages

• Manage price negotiations, order scheduling, and logistics planning with suppliers to ensure just-in-time delivery

• Conduct factory inspections, pre-dispatch quality checks, and coordinate third-party testing where required

• Monitor evolving technologies, market prices, and supply chain risks to inform sourcing strategies

• Ensure all contractual obligations around performance ratio, delivery, warranty, and after-sales support are enforced

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering or Supply Chain Management

• Experienced in solar module procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations

• Familiar with solar module technologies, international standards (IEC, UL, BIS), and quality benchmarks

• Skilled in commercial negotiation, contract drafting, and delivery coordination

• Analytical and proactive in managing risk, cost optimization, and performance assurance

• Excellent communicators, capable of working with global vendors and internal stakeholders
