From concept to commissioning, OE provides expert oversight, independent validation, and strategic counsel across all project phases.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Owner’s Engineering team, you will:

• Represent the owner’s technical interests across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases

• Review and validate project designs, layouts, technical specifications, and engineering deliverables from EPC partners

• Assess compliance with regulatory standards, grid codes, and performance benchmarks

• Oversee construction quality, schedule adherence, and material conformity through periodic inspections and audits

• Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and performance ratio validations

• Advise on risk mitigation, value engineering, and technology selection in alignment with lifecycle costs and yield goals

• Coordinate among developers, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants to maintain technical transparency

• Ensure robust documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer for smooth project handover and asset management

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for seasoned professionals who are:

• Qualified in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering with a focus on renewable energy

• Experienced in solar project development, EPC management, or technical consulting

• Knowledgeable in design validation, quality standards (IEC, IS, MNRE), and performance testing

• Strong in technical communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination

• Proactive, analytical, and aligned with the highest standards of integrity and due diligence
