What You’ll Do

As part of the Pre-Bid Engineering team, you’ll:

• Analyze project requirements, site conditions, and client specifications to develop optimized technical solutions

• Prepare detailed technical proposals, including layout designs, single-line diagrams, and BOQs using tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and MS Excel

• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Project Management teams to align engineering inputs with pricing, timelines, and resource planning

• Ensure compliance with national/international standards, utility regulations, and grid integration norms

• Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and innovation areas during the bid stage

• Support techno-commercial presentations and client discussions during the bidding process

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for engineers who are:

• Qualified in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

• Experienced in solar PV project design, engineering proposals, or pre-construction assessments

• Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Excel, and other solar design tools

• Strong communicators, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply

• Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of managing multiple bids with tight deadlines
