What You’ll Do

As part of the Project Development team, you will:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new solar project opportunities, from commercial to utility-scale installations

• Lead the end-to-end project development lifecycle, including site identification, feasibility studies, and regulatory approvals

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure seamless project execution

• Prepare project budgets, financial models, and cash flow projections to ensure financial viability and compliance with internal and external standards

• Manage relationships with local authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders to secure necessary permits, grid connections, and other required resources

• Negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and timely delivery

• Oversee project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, managing risks and resolving any issues that arise during development

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals

• Collaborate with the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team for post-installation performance monitoring and optimization

Who Should Apply

• Qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or related fields

• Experienced in the development of solar PV projects, from feasibility to commissioning

• Skilled in managing project timelines, budgets, and teams across multiple phases of development
