What You’ll Do

As part of the Project Management team, you will:

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of solar energy systems

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M—to ensure smooth project execution

• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal project objectives

• Lead the risk management process, identifying potential issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies

• Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project

• Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining project momentum

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client

Who Should Apply

• Qualified in Project Management, Engineering, or related fields

• Experienced in managing solar energy projects, preferably in the commercial, industrial, or utility-scale sectors

• Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and understanding of industry standards and regulations
