What You’ll Do

As part of the Project Management Module, you will:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar EPC projects across C&I, utility-scale, and hybrid segments

• Develop project plans, Gantt charts, milestone trackers, and resource allocation frameworks using tools like MS Project or Primavera

• Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and resource deployment to ensure alignment with contractual commitments

• Identify and mitigate project risks—technical, financial, or regulatory—while maintaining stakeholder alignment

• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, site execution, quality, and client teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accountability

• Conduct regular project reviews, progress reporting, and escalation management

• Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and statutory compliances during project execution

• Track subcontractor performance, site productivity, and equipment readiness to prevent delays or cost overruns

• Manage project documentation, client communications, and commissioning processes for seamless project closure

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Engineering or Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus)

• Experienced in managing solar EPC or infrastructure projects end-to-end

• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems) and reporting dashboards
