What You’ll Do

As part of the PV Module Quality team, you will:

• Develop and enforce stringent quality control protocols for PV module procurement, ensuring that all modules meet or exceed international quality standards (e.g., IEC 61215, IEC 61730)

• Conduct thorough testing and inspections of PV modules, evaluating their performance, efficiency, and durability under various environmental conditions

• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the consistent quality of modules and investigate potential defects, non-conformities, or performance issues

• Lead module acceptance testing (incoming inspection) to verify that modules meet specified technical requirements, including electrical, thermal, and mechanical characteristics

• Analyze long-term module performance data from live systems to identify trends and potential issues related to degradation, efficiency losses, or system failures

• Oversee environmental testing, including thermal cycling, humidity freeze, and salt mist exposure, to simulate real-world operating conditions and validate module reliability

• Review and evaluate module warranties, performance guarantees, and degradation rates, ensuring that AVYESH SOLAR delivers systems with long-term viability

• Work closely with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure that module quality aligns with project specifications, budgets, and client expectations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in PV technology, materials, and manufacturing processes to continuously improve module selection and quality assessment practices

• Document and report quality control results, including any discrepancies, failures, or corrective actions, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering, or related technical fields

• Experienced in PV module quality assurance, testing, or inspection, particularly within the solar energy industry

• Familiar with industry standards and certifications such as IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL 1703, and ISO 9001

• Skilled in performance testing, electrical measurements, and environmental testing methods for PV modules

• Knowledgeable about the latest PV module technologies, such as bifacial modules, high-efficiency cells, and anti-PID (Potential Induced Degradation) solutions

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions effectively

• Strong communicators, capable of liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure module quality standards are met
