What You’ll Do

As part of the Robotic Contracting team, you will:

• Evaluate and procure robotic technologies that automate tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and performance monitoring of solar systems

• Develop procurement strategies and finalize contracts with robotic solution suppliers, ensuring robust terms for product specifications, maintenance agreements, and warranty periods

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate robotic systems into the overall solar installation design, ensuring compatibility with the layout, modules, and other components

• Negotiate terms with vendors regarding pricing, technical support, and performance guarantees for robotic equipment

• Oversee the testing, certification, and quality assurance processes to ensure robotic systems meet operational and safety standards

• Manage logistics and coordinate the timely delivery and installation of robotic systems for solar projects

• Monitor and assess the performance of robotic systems post-installation, ensuring they achieve the desired operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for robotic systems to maximize long-term value

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering

• Experienced in sourcing, managing, or deploying robotic systems, especially within the solar energy industry

• Knowledgeable about automation technologies, including robotic cleaning systems, drones, and inspection robots

• Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor management, and technical project coordination
