What You’ll Do

As part of the Solar Financing team, you will:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial priorities, risk appetite, and investment strategies for solar adoption

• Structure tailored financing solutions—CAPEX, RESCO, lease-to-own, or debt-equity hybrids—that meet client goals and creditworthiness

• Develop robust financial models including cash flow projections, IRR, payback period, and tariff sensitivity analysis

• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, green funds, and equity partners to secure project funding and optimize capital structures

• Navigate subsidy programs, tax benefits (like AD, GST input), carbon credits, and state incentives to enhance project viability

• Collaborate with the sales, legal, and commercial teams to structure term sheets, PPAs, and financing agreements

• Stay up to date with evolving policies, financing instruments, and global best practices in renewable energy finance

• Build investor decks, pitch documentation, and due diligence packages for internal and external stakeholders

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for finance and energy professionals who are:

• Qualified in Finance, Economics, Renewable Energy, or Business Administration

• Experienced in infrastructure, energy, or solar project financing (preferred)

• Proficient in financial modeling, deal structuring, and credit risk analysis

• Familiar with solar PPA frameworks, RESCO models, and energy regulatory landscapes

• Effective communicators capable of translating technical solutions into financial terms

• Analytical, entrepreneurial, and solution-driven with a passion for sustainability
