What You’ll Do

As part of the Vendor Assessment team, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of potential vendors, including evaluating their financial stability, product quality, delivery capabilities, and compliance with industry standards

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor database, including performance metrics, quality audits, and feedback from internal stakeholders

• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to define vendor requirements, ensuring that suppliers meet technical specifications and project needs

• Perform risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing vendors, identifying potential supply chain vulnerabilities or non-compliance risks

• Evaluate vendor performance post-project delivery, ensuring that all contracts and agreements are honored and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner

• Develop and implement vendor scorecards and performance tracking systems to facilitate ongoing assessment and improvement

• Foster strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating terms, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with AVYESH SOLAR’s goals and values

• Collaborate with the sourcing team to recommend vendor improvement initiatives, including training, capacity building, or technology upgrades

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform vendor selection and assessment strategies

Who Should Apply

• Qualified in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field

• Experienced in vendor management, supplier evaluation, or procurement processes, preferably in the renewable energy sector

• Skilled in conducting risk assessments, due diligence, and quality audits
